Overall decent smoke shop. They have cbd products for animals, too, which is cool. Lost a star when I inquired about a discount on an expired pet product and was only offered less than a 50% discount, and store was a bit unorganized. Otherwise, typical smoke shop with plenty of variety and a friendly staff member.

got this brand new today. didnt open until i got home because i had to drive. the sealed package was ripped open inside the box. covered in oil. it must new owners or something the quality and customer service of this place has dropped poorly it used to be my favorite vape shop. miss the old guy he was friendly and this kind of stuff never happened before and i am just honestly disappointed. saw the no refund sign in store so i did not see the point in going inside and claiming i bought it like this.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The owner was extremely rude and condescending, especially towards women. I felt undermined and disrespected during my visit. I will definitely be spreading the word to warn others not to shop here. It seems like they also spread false information about the products they sell.

Honestly great prices and deals here, but every time I get here after work there is a sign on the door saying, "Be back in 15 mins" and I wait the full 15 and there usually isn't anyone there for a while. God knows how long the sign was up before I even got there. They need to have better staffing and hours if this is going to be a consistent problem.

I called this place while it's opening hours and it just gave me an automated message telling me when the store is open and saying that the message box is full and just ended the call right away. It was completely unhelpful.
