To the employee that ripped us off, saying the price went up "a week ago", happy pride month! The receipt didn't even show the original price and they had a deal for 2 but he charged it individually. Huge smoke shop but so much incompetence.

Do not shop here if you are against racism and discrimination. I came in looking for a specific product. The staff member acted confused, so I repeated myself several times. He pretended to understand, then showed me completely different items. Only further into the conversation—when the proper thing to do would’ve been to check IDs right away—he finally asked. We handed over our passports, the only lawful IDs we have as foreigners. The moment he saw them, his whole attitude changed. Suddenly, he refused to sell us anything, claiming he only accepts a “Chicago State ID.” To make it worse, he went on about how he has other stores he could direct us to where he’d be willing to sell us vapes—but not at this one. In other words, he only serves locals here. I’m 29 and my friend is 33. We’ve been to bars, clubs, you name it—never faced this nonsense. What happened here was discriminatory, insulting, and completely unacceptable. This place does not deserve your business or your money.

Worst Place Ever! Came with foreign friends each with their own documentation from their country and got denied. Then I was deny service cause I didn’t want my ID scanned, mind you I wasn’t buying anything. I still showed him my ID but he proceeded to kick me out the store.

I'm obviously way over 21 and they won't even let me look without having my ID. I dont usually have my ID on me, so I don't shop here. Can't even browse to decide if I want to buy something. Worse smoke shop in the area. The law does not require them to ID every customer. They are choosing to do so then hiding behind a law that they are misinterpreting.

I have had tremendous experiences with this shop, but more importantly, with its employees. They treat me with respect and friendship. I have come to know them as good people who provide a good service at a good price. More importantly though, I have seen them treat all their customers either courtesy and respect, regardless of the courtesy that is shown them back by the public. These are good people. Do business with them. You will not be sorry.
