Bought a bong as a gift, but the slider was too short to work. When I returned to fix it, the employee was rude, denied selling it to me, and admitted to being “an asshole.” Very disappointing experience.

Serious rude guy, called in to enquire about fogger replacement pods, dude tells me “we carry the whole kit” rather pointedly, I asked again and he went off on me about how they don’t carry that “cheap sh”, though I already have the battery for this. Terrible service, would never go here.

If you like vape stores that are suppose to be open just to drive 15 minutes to a closed shop, this is the place for you

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Called to ask for a product and got a very rude response. I was told to “stop daydreaming and buy whatever is on the market..” also was told to “come buy sheets we’ll make the cones for you” both were said very sarcastically. I don’t appreciate it the sarcasm. I will take my business elsewhere, where excellent customer service is priority. Perhaps some place that actually knows how to answer a simple question without the added unnecessary sarcasm.
