Dear yelp readers and reviewers: re: Clarity of my prior review of Smoke and Vape, comments, capital letters-- etc. The business owner never seems to have a large inventory nor does he need one. I rarely see people in his store. I support you, but, I am done reviewing these types of businesses as they do not fit the format at all for my personality, interests, or abilities as an upcoming musician, home owner, and business man. In the future, I hope SMOKE AND VAPE accepts my apology of calling it " typical abbott" fashion, but the fact of the matter is that row of businesses used to be very nice. There used to be a Walgreens, and now it is just Dollar Tree, and a few other small stores. Good luck to you Smoke and Vape. b

10:30 Saturday and no one in the store to attend it I’ve waited 20 min already and no has showed up be responsible people your sign says open at 10

This place is awesome!! Owner has an attitude of respect, kindness and helpfulness. Products are excellent quality and fair priced if not the best deals anywhere. Please give this place a chance to wow you! Owner makes sure and texts me event dates that come up. He does a few different things to make the customers know they are very important consumers Owners name starts with an E. For his privacy I Not putting his full name. Thanks so much for being great!!

Hamza has the best customer service ! Hes amazing ! Make sure you guys shop !

Showed up at 10:22am store was closed and locked. If you cant have someone there to open the store for its posted open time staff or management should probably change. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common problem. I Will look into other stores when coming to Elgin to visit family next time.
