Was a great shop but hours/days open are completely unreliable now. Disappointed that longtime customers make the drive just to find the store closed. No presence online anymore. No sign in the window. Nothing but disappointment.

Awesome place, good people, interesting selection of merchandise. Customer service is and always has been best to their abilities. Very knowledgeable staff, unique, fair priced and one of the best shops around Illinois. Been a customer for quite sometime and is one of my go to shops.

Great first time experience! Nick was very helpful and spent time getting me up to speed on the new products and juices available. Highly recommend and very convenient location. Shop is small but well appointed.

By far the best shop in town, you walk in and you immediately get amazing vibes. The shop is lit very well. Great music going on all the time. All the customers are always having a great time, any questions Edwin and the rest of the Vapors By Iteo are happy to answer questions.

I bought a mod here a month or so ago and was really happy with it. Randomly it completely stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and they want me to go through some repair service with no indication of how long it might take. Bummed that I might have to buy cigs I stopped back and told them what happened and they just replaced it. No muss or fuss, just let me pick from all the color options and sent me on my way. I'd completely forgotten about brick and mortar customer service, but these folks haven't. Highly recommend.
