Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff! Had such a pleasant experience chatting and browsing the store. - good selection of products (I loved the unique glassware!) - the owner is super helpful and well-informed - more affordable than many smoke shops around the city I will definitely be back!

What an amazingly friendly and knowledgeable owner and a lovely store as well. I was looking to transition away from disposable vapes and move to something which is the same form factor and same feel as disposables. The owner immediately made me feel welcome and set me up. Now my vaping is cheaper, of better quality, and I'm not filling up landfills with cheap disposable batteries. Stop in here! This is nothing like any other vape shop.i have been in. The bar has now been set very high!

Absolutely loved the lady who took care of me today! Tested my stuff to see if it was the issue, let me test the new battery I was going to buy, AND she showed me all of the other cool little gadgets they have! Will 100% be returning in the future.

Let me start by saying that I'm a dinosaur using a decade old vape, assembled from two pieces of basically different devices. A few times I went to these types of stores, where I was sold something very fancy and very expensive, which in the end did not suit me in any way. And for a couple more years, I gave up on replacing my Frankenstein's monster with something new. A few days ago, I drove by this store for the hundredth time and decided it was time to go in and again buy something that didn't fit. But, oh my boy, how wrong I was. The owner of the store knew right away what I needed. The size of the vape, the wattage, the compatibility with my liquid - everything I wanted from a new device. Figured out she could order me another one that I couldn't buy with shipping to Illinois. Was incredibly friendly and patient with me. If you're not very knowledgeable about a product and want real advice, this is the perfect place. If you already know what you need - all the more reason to stop in and support this business. There are both items in stock here and the ability to ask for the special to be ordered. As you can see from this review - I am thrilled.

I have been dealing with Cignot and its owner for many years (2013) and just really felt it was time to give some props for the ever constant terrific customer service and attention. Few retailers are as helpful and experienced as this chain; we're all very lucky to have them. During this CV19 time, it has been very stressful on everyone and just talking to the owner instills calm, lol! Keep up the great work, you guys are the best!!!!
