Terrible policy. Think twice before buying a vape there. I bought a vape, left the store, opened up the vape outside and tried it. No luck, it was a dud. I went back inside to tell them they sold me a dud so I could exchange it, but store policy is once it leaves the store, they can’t exchange or give you your money back. Funny thing is, you can’t vape in the store. So basically you have to go outside to make sure it works and if it doesn’t, you’re screwed…. Ridiculously stupid. I’ve never wasted money so easily. Will never return and will only spread this lame policy throughout town until they inevitably shut down.

Had the worst customer service from an employee who was working there. Went there about 1hr before closing and he treated me like I bothered him by coming in that close to closing

This place is AMAZING! Chris was super helpful setting me up with a new mod for vaping and I love it! He showed me several great models and some awesome juices. They have everything from filters to glass to replaceable parts for your mod [like if you break your tank]. Chris knew his stuff and he literally took the two hours I dragged him through with a smile and a genuine sense of care. I will never shop at another place again. Exotic has it all.
