I went into the store this morning and there was a new person behind the counter so I asked her if she was a manager she said yes I am then I showed her what I needed which was a coil for my vape and she did not know which coil it was nor did she look to her left in the cabinet display for the same vape I had I had to show her where it was and then she rang it up and I asked her her name and she said to me she could not disclose that I asked why the employees names weren't to be given out and she said that's just the policy. I did inform her that "Emily" was knowledgeable and very friendly. She handed me the coil I needed for my mod and I then asked her why she did not know what I needed and that I believed they should've been more educated on their products especially if they are managers. The other time previous to that I was in for a new pad for my geek vape and they did not have any in stock and I asked if they could order them they said they would and actually a couple more times after that I went in to see if they had the pod and it had been a couple weeks they had still not ordered them. overall their inability to receive constructive calm criticism resulted in my number being blocked from the store. Initially bought a personal smaller glass pipe with screw top chamber. Liked it so much I bought one for my brother. Very good selection of personal & group size pipes & bongs. Owner is very friendly & that's good to see. Also, reasonably priced. Check em out.

I purchased the Stellar North Vape on 12/10 and 2 days later it’s not working and the double red light is on which indicates a malfunction with the battery per a google on the Stellar site. I went in the store today and the young girl which is the same girl who helped me with my initial purchase said- if you didn’t buy it today there is nothing we can do. I said can you just exchange it as it’s apparently a malfunction. She said nope. So I am out 32$for a defective product. I will never return . There are plenty of shops in McHenry which would appreciate my business. The website even advises 30 return policy. So that apparently is NOT true. Very disappointed with her and her attitude.
