Great Customer Service these guys really take care of the customer!!! A must go to spot for any vape lover, Tabacco smoker, or glass products. Great prices and deals!!

Terrible customer service experience. The man working at this location was cold, unhelpful, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. He had little to no knowledge of the products being sold, which made the whole visit frustrating. If you’re running a smoke/vape shop, product knowledge and basic customer service should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, this location missed badly on both. I won’t be coming back.

Roge is super nice and really took care of me as well as the other staff in the store. They have a great selection of flavors and very inexpensive! I absolutely LOVE this vape shop, very bright and vibrant decor! I will definitely be making this my new vape store for sure!!!!

4:10 PM on 8/12. Walked in and greeted the store associate twice, only to be immediately rushed with, “What can I help you with?” This is a storefront, not a drive-thru. A minimum amount of personality, warmth, or customer service would go a long way. I shouldn’t feel like I’m inconveniencing you by walking in.
