Clerk knowingly sold me 2 counterfeit products. he informed me I “have to open both and try before leaving. Many people complain.” Pretty normal shop policy. I noticed the packaging looked different, but also had a long travel day and moved on. Then I opened it, I noticed the font, color, and size was different and brought it to his attention. he told me “these things constantly change.” Lol. Excuse me? As a previous shop manager, I assured him no, but he continued to gaslight me that I must be tired and that he knows the business. That’s when he took the boxes away from me… now I couldn’t scan the authenticity sticker. I put my real vape on the counter and compared the 2 fake vapes, pointing out the discrepancy. He continued to tell me this is why I was to test it before leaving (which I had?). “Many people complain.” No wonder people complain, you sell fake product! He called me names, snatching the product away telling me to pick 2 new items. I declined, requesting my money back to which we went back and forth a few more times, still demanding a refund until he agreed begrudgingly. Beware of what you purchase from this store. I reported this incident to the FDA with pictures. Gross and predatory practices.

I always make sure to stop here if my trip is bringing me through. He actually answers the phone. Has a decent selection, and the prices are awesome. The more you buy, the better the price!

I stop here any chance I can when I come thru since it’s close to a truck stop it’s easy for me to get to, and I think he said his name was MOE but everytime I’ve been in he’s been great to work with and happy to see me. Prices are some of the best in the country, the taxes are a bit high but that ain’t his fault I think illi must have bigger taxes on this stuff. Since the shops I use at home In Iowa keep raising the price every other week and this guy stays the same I’m going to have to ask for more loads this way so I can give these guys my business that others are taking for granted lol. Breeze vape shop is just the best! The owner is always so friendly, helpful and so very kind. I highly recommend them. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.
