7/22/24 Dear, Ramilaben and Vishnubhai Patel, I was hoping for a reply by now saying they were off the shelf I could put this review back to a 5 star. I dropped it .3 as of yesterday. Instead you deleted the comment from before thanking me after I gave you a 5 star. These pipes will make people sick and give them cancer in a short amount of time. It’s not a joke, I’m concerned about my people. I haven’t had my friends give bad reviews or make any post on social media about it yet, I’m trying to give you more time. 7/21/24 This review went from a 5 star to a one star due to them selling plastic pipes (not silicone). I told the lady working the counter about it, she tapped it on the glass counter and said it sounds like glass 😂 I went home and cut it in half with some cutters, took it back up there and I showed to the manager it wasn’t glass, he said it is plastic but it’s a different kind that was safe, I explained to him that I happen to be a polyurethane engineer that’s not how plastics work. It takes isocyanates to make any kind of plastic and if you heat it up and inhale it’s EXTREMELY Carcinogenic. Smoking something out of it would give someone CANCER in like a month. He told me he couldn’t promise me it would be off the shelf, I told him that wasn’t a option, these are my people he’s selling them to my culture, even if they are ignorant enough to smoke out of it, it’s not okay. Especially when you are telling people it’s safe to smoke out of or telling people it’s glass. You should know your products before selling them to the public. You’ll end up with a lawsuit if you don’t take them out of your store.

This place is awesome in that they have everything and anything that you could think of. The little woman behind the counter is very sweet kind and helping And she might not have all the answers but she does a good job and will recommend what she sells a lot of. Highly recommend it for vape selection, smoke accessories, a little bit of swag, as well as cigarettes and tobacco. Will keep coming back

Went in a lady said “can’t sell to you “ keepin mind im 22 terrible store

If I could give a less than a one star I would. Impolite girl. Wouldn't give me an explanation for not selling me what I wanted. Just told me no and to have a good day very rudley! Poor business!

This is my absolute favorite vape store! They have a wide, always expanding, selection of vapes. So there's always something new to try! They also have tobacco, tubes, a variety of gummies, cartridges, pens, drinks, chocolate, pre rolls, grinders, hookas and more! Like character bags & backpacks, swords/knives & pepper spray, and some VERY unique glass accessories! Essentially, if it's a smoke-related product, 'Smoke Smart' will have it. The owner consistently greets me by name, strikes up a conversation like an old friend, he's always smiling and super friendly! As a bonus they offer a loyalty punch card and great discounts!
