I had a disappointing experience at this smoke shop. The person was on speakerphone for most of my visit instead of paying attention to customers, he was talking loudly on the phone and laughing which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Whether or not that was the intention it created an unwelcoming atmosphere, That's why i didn't buy anything and just left from the store, Customer service should come first. Employees should focus on helping customers instead of being on personal calls, I hope management addresses this issue and ensures that every customer is treated with respect.

This guy has no problem selling you a fake/faulty product and denying you a refund. Royal Smoke in Naperville SUCKS. There are so many better options for smoke shops. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! If I could give negative stars I would! He knowingly sold me a fake $100 product and refused to swap it out or refund me, then said he'll call the police.

Genuinely surprised by the number of positive reviews this place has, it seems like people don’t shop around anymore to get a fair deal. Vapes are about 5 bucks more expensive than local competitors and kratom is double what I pay down the street. Do your research! Go to Vape N Tobacco @ 59 and 111

Very disappointing experience. Since this store is located in a very expensive area, the store owner thinks it is ok to have the prices be substantially higher than other stores in the surrounding area. I will not be giving them my business anymore and much rather drive a couple miles to get a better price.

Great selection of vapes. Very nice people working here. They have hookah as well.
