Got scammed here. I don’t recommend coming here, he over charged me close to $100 for 2 vapes. Didn’t know till I looked at my account. The same vapes he over charged me are sold for much cheaper at other smoke stores. I purchased the same 2 vapes at this store previously for $41, but he charged me $92.

I’ve been coming to this shop for almost 2 years and they’ve been great to me. The owner is extremely nice and considerate. He always makes sure he carries the types I’m looking for and he’s always helping me out when I need it. I don’t go to any other vape shop. I don’t need to, they’re good to me here. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

I visited this store recently, and the owner was highly unprofessional. He initiated a conversation in which he made offensive and racially insensitive comments, specifically stating that Black people would fail in India because they "don't have government assistance over there." This directly insinuated that Black people do not work and are dependent on welfare. ​This behavior is racist, unacceptable, and created a hostile environment. Customers should not have to endure such bigoted commentary from a business owner. I will not be returning to this store and encourage management to address this conduct immediately.

I bought a vape here, and opened it inside the store as I’m having a conversation with the cashier, it was a new design so he helped me open it. The vape is dead and does not work out of the box. The cashier tries charging it for 10 minutes, but it is not taking a charge, it is obviously defective, and we tried a few different chargers. The guy looks at me and blatantly tells me “sorry no returns”. I was shocked. I understand it if someone comes in and wants to return a vape that they used, but this was a brand new one that the cashier even tested himself and helped me open. He said there are no exceptions to the rules. NO RETURNS ALLOWED, FOR ANY REASON. I have never experienced such a brainless policy and will dispute the transaction on my credit card. I really don’t like leaving 1-star reviews and always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt. However, I took a chance on this place and got burned. I strongly suggest avoiding this store based on my experience.
