Absolutely outstanding experience at this smoke shop. Mo provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. What really impressed me most was that he went out of his way to special order a product I’ve been trying to get for months. No other smoke shop has ever even offered to do that for me. That level of effort and customer care is rare these days. Because of Mo, this shop has earned a loyal customer. If you want great service, hard-to-find products, and someone who truly values customers, this is the place to go. Highly recommend asking for Mo!

Outstanding shop, always very clean and well organized. Great prices for the loose leaf tobacco and tubes that I get. Awesome staff that makes you feel welcome. Always a great experience. A+++

Mo and bz is amazing, very helpful when I go there. Large variety of products the best customer service ever

Woods overpriced. For leaves that had three identical fat holes chewed through them all. Called immediately to try and get another pack if i showed up with the damaged goods n they said they wouldn’t. Not even worth it. Just go down the street.
