Owners are looking to just make money. Came out to celebrate my friends birthday. Paid $30 to get plus the price of 2 cigars and was told I had to leave after 2 hours because others customers paid to take our section. Customer service didn’t matter, making money from the Community is all they care about. This establishment is interested in packing in as many people as they can. They do not care about your experience and the average cigar smoker. They want your money! That’s it!

This place is a complete rip off and they’re money hungry. Went to celebrate a friends birthday last night we had to pay $30 to get in and once we sat down was harassed to spend another MANDATORY $25 to be in there. The place is byob but you’re not allowed to bring in chasers only to realize they’re forcing you to pay for that once you get in. The waiter literally went through our whole section MAKING us spend $25 to purchase anything just to stay in there or we had to leave which was absurd. The couches were ripped up and tape was sticking to my ass. I will not be returning to this place it’s a complete rip off and definitely not worth the money spent getting in and sitting down.

On Saturday March 14th at 8:58pm the security guard asked for $30 per person to enter... Group of 5... 3 ladies/2 men... Man, please I got it but I'm not paying to get into a cigar spot let alone this obscene amount. And we were going to purchase hookhah and sticks.. There was no one in there but 9 people. We went 1 mile away to Eduardo's... And we've been before and there was no charge... Make it make sense

am giving it one star after being told we had to pay $30.00 per person (it was 4 of us) to get in at 9pm last night. It wasn't packed or crowded so I don't understand the need to charge this. We left here and went to Eduardo Cigar Lounge, with no problems with security and it had free entry!!

Very bad Business on Friday night they changed $30 to get in at 7pm and at 10: pm the basically kick you out … even if you have a big party of people because you have not paid $500 dollars to set in a Booth area mind you me and my family paid the $30 and it was 7 of us… there is no where else to set after 10 pm they didn’t even try to accommodate us plus there was other booths they count start with before they got to us … won’t see me in there again!!! Plus they got $82 dollars out of me alone… smdh black people need not to support this spot until they fix this problem!!!
