Sammy Was Very Friendly With Us And Great Customerservice This My New Store

From the day they opened I come almost everyday. I always get excellent customer service and very knowledgeable information on any item. I’m looking to buy. This is a place. I recommend anyone to come to because they don’t just sell you anything they always try to fit the need of what you’re looking for and I’ve had great experiences from the day they open up and every day going forward, nothing has changed about the good communication that happens within. Knowledge to gain about asking questions about items that I’m looking for. I’m always patient. I’m never in a rush always Because I like to take my time I want to buy because I’m so undecided and he always gives good patients when dealing with me so I would never dream of going to any other smoke shop but this one because all the ones I have been in will sell you anything just to get you out the door and take your money, but not at this smoke shop, so if you’re looking for a smoke shop that’s great. Tornado smokes on Governor Highway for sure where you want to go

Customer service is beyond excellent. Cashier Tameka greets everyone with a smile and takes the time to help you find what you’re looking for. ALWAYS a pleasant experience when she’s there or any of the other sales people.

Great customer service here, I absolutely love this store. This place has all the vape products and tobacco products you need. Come check them out!

Got a defective vape that was hitting weak, tried to go in and explain that it’s hitting weak and was told he can’t do anything about it. I bought it and came back within 10 minutes. Last time I’ll ever shop here.
