What an amazing lounge with the best customer service a few of us were visiting Chicago and came across this place due to its high Google rating, and I have to admit that the ratings truly lived up to our experience. The owner personally came and set up the Shisha‘s for us and provided the best customer service. Highly recommend this place!!

We had a great experience here. The hookah was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was exceptionally clean. Even the restrooms were spotless, which says a lot about how well the place is maintained. The owner, Samir, was very welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and his business. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with great hookah and outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back!

The experience started off great, and the staff was friendly. However, the bill at the end was disappointing. When we first arrived, we were offered water and told, “I’ll grab you ladies some water,” which sounded complimentary since we had never asked for water. We were surprised to see that we were charged for the water on the bill. There was also a service fee added on top of the tip we left, and neither the water charge nor the service fee was clearly explained or mentioned to us beforehand. I don’t mind paying for something when I know about the charge upfront, but unexpected fees at the end can really change the overall experience. I would recommend being more transparent about additional charges so customers know exactly what they’re agreeing to. Overall, the atmosphere was nice, but the lack of transparency with the bill was disappointing.
