The prices and products are at the top tier. They offer amazing quality products for a very competitive pricing. In fact, it's better than most stores. I've ever been. I have eighteen years of vaping, backpilding batteries and mods and coils and cotton buying juice and bulk, and they used to make my own flavors to now modernize carts that are amazing tasting and quality with affordability. i highly recommend this location for all of your needs!) #bestvapeshop #bestbargain #pricing #best

Poor Quality Products & Zero Customer Service I bought a couple of vapes from Just Smoke, and both started leaking not long after I started using them. I went back to the store to see if they could help, but the staff clearly didn’t care. No refund, no exchange, not even an apology — just a dismissive attitude. And I guess you can't buy anything in advance they expect that you have to use it the second you buy it. If you’re looking for decent products or any kind of customer support, I’d recommend avoiding Just Smoke.

Was in this week from down south. Stopped on my way out to see what I could find. The guy was great! Very helpful and friendly! Love what I got! Would definitely return if in Chicago again. Various choices. Good prices. Great service!

Super over priced. Charged $32 for i vape I get for $20 any other spot. Didn't even think to look until I checked my balance and noticed after id already left. Guy working the counter didn't really engage or seemed to care that he had a customer there. I'd go to puff smoke or somewhere else. Over priced

Great shop! Ollie(I hope I got his name right🙏) was exceptional and really worked hard to help me find what I was lookin for! They were out of a few things, but luckily had what I needed! I have to give props to Ollie, just simply because he was very kind, friendly and patient! He is a great asset to your store for sure! Thanks so much and if I'm in your area in the future and in need of anything you all sell I will definitely be back!
