i've had great experiences until today...I walked in to get a geek bar and all the lights were off. I asked the poor sweet girl working "hey, what's going on?" she said the power is out and so is the AC. we're in the middle of a dangerous heat wave and it wasn't even 10am and it was near 80° inside. I told her this is inhumane and actually illegal to force employees to work in this environment. she said her boss refuses to close. I have no shame in saying that once I left I called City ordinance to send an officer over. for the sake of their poor staff. it's a damn vape shop, not a doctors office. Shame on this business owner for not only breaking the law but having zero human decency.

Great selection, never too busy. The employees have always been super helpful when I've stopped in. They eplained why my vape brand was having a shortage, and gave me alternative recommendations. Very chill vibe.

My first purchase was at the Roselle location. Tammy was the amazing employee that took care of me. She was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. She is the reason I made this my vape shop and even followed her to the a different location even though the products are more expensive due to higher taxes. I am loyal to her because she always takes care of me and makes sure I leave with what I want and need. Definitely a really nice vape shop friendly and informative staff. This should be your new vape shop for excellent customer service and conversation. I always leave with a smile.

Good store and shop, has all the stuff you need in terms of disposables, mods, coils, juice, etc. They try to keep up with new products that come out as well. Good store however - DO NOT WORK HERE The training is not good at all, and they just hand you a big packet that tells you what to do and what to expect. They just expect you to use your own time and don’t ever go through it with you diligently and will blame it on you when you make a mistake so you are on your own. Seems lazy to me on managements part. Was even criticized for asking questions, so don’t even bother trying. They will find a way to push you away. Don’t want to support a business who treats them this way.

Walked in looking for a couple gifts for a friend's birthday. There were a few people just hanging out (which tends to be the norm at these vapor shops) and that does tend to be a little awkward at times, but the guy working there was very prompt in greeting me and asking how he could help. He was knowledgeable and friendly, which gave me confidence in buying something that I wasn't familiar with. If I'm ever in the market for their products, I won't hesitate to shop here again.
