These guys are amazing. My order wasn’t showing any kind of activity and it ended being lost. I emailed them with my concern and they quickly got another shipped to me really fast! Excellent communication and look forward to doing more business with them

Reached out to these guys over Reddit extremely fast response time was the middle of the night too. Ordered a limited edition hot knife from another state had it within 5 days of order! Outstanding work! Thankyou so much.

Best shop in the world ' faiz is the best he is always so nice & sweet - highly recommend

Friendly, Knowledgeable, Not Pushy. Went here today for the first time cause of the great reviews n all the photos on here. Lots of great stuff for all sorts of smokers, will definitely be returning.

Super happy with their service, they are very nice at this store. Very understanding and definitely appreciate their customers for the loyalty. I’m from a different state very far from them and they still surpassed my expectations. I can’t even get this service from my local smoke shops. Love this store! P.S. they have a 3DXL chamber and hot knife for $100, that’s a steal, get it before it sells out!
