Amazing store, outstanding juice selection, the man at the counter helped me find the right flavor and strength that was right for me. They also have a nice box mod selection. He filled up the coil for me and cleaned my vape and it was a great price. I’m never going anywhere else for vape stuff

Have you ever felt a used car salesman vibe when you walk into an establishment? You won't get that here. But what you will get is excellent customer service. You'll get a patient owner who is willing to take the time to go above and beyond to make sure he provides excellent and informed customer service. I recently went in for a new vaporizer and the owner took his time explaining everything to me and even set up my new equipment. I never felt pressured and walked away with a great setup at a fantastic price. I'll gladly make the 35 minute drive, passing several other shops on the way to support this type of business.

Chase was great and answered every question I threw at him without flinching. Even the dumb questions. I still haven't bought anything since I'm trying to figure out what I want to start with but the prices and customer service were very good compared to other shops I've been to. The environment was friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone and when I decide what I want, I will definitely go here.

Kris is amazingly informative and honest. He listened to my exact need, level of comfort with vape and provided me with two options, let me try both and gave me a week to try the one i like with option to bring it back if i changed my mind. You got a loyal customer for life. I am going to have a smoke free 2019 and more.

A+++ customer service is above and beyond at Vape Monkeys! I have been shopping with Kris s since he open the doors I have yet to be disappointed with a single product I have purchased. Kris and staff are very knowledgeable about the products and if somethings not right he does everything in his power to fix it as soon as possible. Ihad a problem with my MOD and he took it and tried to fix it before I bought a new one. Other stores will just sell you whatever Kris make sure you know how to use your product and care for it properly I wouldn’t go to any other Vape shop in fact I never do.
