On the 4th of July there was a lady in front of me buying a bottle of Hennessey and blunts, I was in line for a nicotine vape. The lady in front of me was having debit card issues so she stepped aside for me to next. The cashier attempted to cancel her transaction but it didn’t fully cancel and when I went to tap to pay, I was charged 57$ for her booze and blunts. Then I was charged 36$ for my vape, I told the merchant that there was a mistake that I was charged two times, and paid for the ladies alcohol by mistake, they continued to downplay and told me it’s the weekend so it probably glitched and I would get a refund. Well I DID NOT GET a refund. The sale completed and and finalized, I reached out to Cash App and they weren’t much help. I went here and spent about 70$ every week on vapes for myself and my girlfriend, I will not be returning. PP VAPE IS down the road and 10$ cheaper on average for all their nicotine vapes. Shame on you SB Vapes. I enjoyed your store, never again.

Mann! They sold me a burner vape and I open it there in front of them and I ask if they exchange it and said no! I ask why? And they said cause long as it work and hits that’s all that matters to them! They don’t care if it tasted like the flavor or not! They won’t exchange at all!

Very nice staff, good supply of vape juice. Has gotten much MUCH better selection of ice, menthol and freeze vape juices if thats your thing. Still needs work on the coils. If your looking for flower, glassware, or that type of vapes they have a good selection.

Came down from Madison to pick up a refillable pod vape. Decent selection, helped me pick out one and some juice. Got home and filled it up, the one included with the base was okay, but the extra pods purchased are not usable. Tastes like the coil is burnt out already. Letting them marinate overnight to see if that helps, otherwise I'll dump them and try the 1st juice that, while works, is VERY bland Very nice people there and was going to return for future purchases but this left a literal bad taste in my mouth lol Not worth driving 2 hours round trip as it was only $20, but just make sure you check what you're buying there as this was kind of a let down Either that or thus bottle of Fruit Monster Mixed Berry is bad. Gonna try it in the working pod once it gets lower, but the taste 100% is as if the coils are burnt or its not burning the juice properly.
