They've always treated me well, are patient when I'm indecisive, and generally I get a better vibe here than most other smoke shops in the area. Prices aren't notably high or low, great selection of tobacco and hemp products!

WORST service and worst products in Beloit ,stay away if you have any other place you can go to for your vapes. I have been coming here for quite some time because it's the closest stop to get what I need as far as vaping goes. However as of lately they have been underperforming as a shop. They are constantly low on inventory, rarely get anything new in or new flavors, and the people that run the shop are rude, pushy and unprofessional. They also do everything they can to get a commission from you with the products they sell at the cash register. And if you do manage to find a vape that you want. Good luck on actually working. They have a rule that says you have to check it in the store and if you accidentally forget there's a good chance that it won't work. I don't know where they get their Vapes from but there is constantly issues. Constantly broken boxes,constantly broken Vapes and other merchandise. I recently purchased a vape, and not 24 hours later asked to return it because it was not working and I had just opened it. I was told that because I walked out of the door with it that i was not able to get a refund, I literally Only puffed on it one time and I spend quite a bit of money here. Worst service and worst products in Beloit stay away. If you have any other place you can go to. They use the "try before you walk out of the door "policy as a way to make up for the fact that they have bad and faulty products. They know that not everybody's going to check it before they walk out the door so that allows them to have faulty product and make profit off of it ,while not getting rid of the faulty product in the first place. More don't work then those that do here.

They always an amazing team and very nice. Great customer service and attitude. I recommend 10 out of 10 best smokes in town.
