I go thru the drive thru only to be told the women in there can't be expected to pass a 30 pack of beer thru the drive thru because it's heavy!!! That's funny! They were able to do that before. I say hire someone who can work the drive thru without limitation. Also the mouth on these people even when going in is ridiculous. We go to freedom, cheaper on cigs and beer for my old guy.

I've been going to this smoke shop for years. I even went there when the old owners had it. I've always had good experiences with the workers there. They are the cheapest place in Springfield that I've seen. The workers are very friendly and courteous. If I'm down they can put a smile on my face. They have expanded their products and now have a gaming room. Nice good atmosphere there and they usually always have what I want. If not than they get it in stock. The manager at present is very awesome in what she does and all the workers just love her. She's gotten a lot changes done, better than any other manager that's been there. I highly recommend this smoke shop to anyone ( over the age of 21 lol). You won't regret it.

Used to be our preferred local shop. The last 6 months or so, they've priced us out. I know it's not the products, because I'm buying the same things at other places for the prices I used to get here. Just went to buy a box of Swishers, and they quoted $30+ for a box I can get for $20 all day down the street. Customer service doesn't save this one.

I LOVE THIS SMOKE SHOP!! THE EMPLOYEES ARE SWEET, KIND AND ALWAYS MAKE ME SMILE! I FEEL LIKE FAMILY!! YES CHECK THEM OUT!

This is my favorite smoke shop. The prices are great and the service is awesome. 🥰🥰
