I have never visited but not really interested at this point considering my call was met with “Old Tyme Tobacco were not trying to hear any scammers” is simply just incredibly unprofessional and doesn’t set the tone for a conversation very well right off the bat. Now once I got through that the gentleman was somewhat helpful but just felt very rushed. And was kinda upset they don’t have a simple 3-in-1 Czech Pipe Tool (a basic tool that every single PIPE TOBACCO smoker has - even some stoners carry them they’re super common and cheap). This isn’t against a singular employee but management should probably address the phone attitude when picking up calls. I used to say “It’s a beautiful day at the Springfield Crowne Plaza mg name is Ryan it’ll be my pleasure to assist you today” now that’s a little much for just a tobacco shop. But just irked me wrong.
