They need to update their business hours. On google it says they’re open at 10am went there 10:30am and still not open went later at 11:30am and still not open.

Good selection, terrible time management, went at 11, 1, and 2:30 during hours and it was closed

Really need to update their business hours, or hire people that actually adhere to said hours. Never had a negative experience with them. Love the customer service. However, at least 50% of the times I’ve gone there (always during business hours) the doors are locked. No signs stating when they’d return. They also never answer the phone, even when they are open. You don’t know if they’re open or not until you show up. Pro tip: don’t even try to go before noon!

they still have issues about store hours. online it says the shop is open 9 am, But 4 out of 5 times I've been there they weren't open till about 11am or noon. Simple solution: they should modify their website to agree with when the shop actually opens for business
