Up until a recent purchase Vapor Maven has been good to deal with. However, I recently purchased a product that's obviously defective. It wasn't possible to test the product in the store before I left so unfortunately I didn't find out about the issue until I got home. The next day I brought the product back just to request an exchange or store credit. The clerk called a manager but the manager declined to offer any kind of exchange and very little effort was made by the manager on the phone to assist. The clerk was very apologetic and unfortunately put in an odd situation. She did her best. I like to support local businesses as much as possible and I understand that they have overhead and profit margins to be concerned about, but I don't believe basic customer service is too much to ask. I would highly recommend trying Tribble Vapors instead. I've never had any kind of exchange issue with them for a faulty product. They were always quick and apologetic for the trouble. If the managers of Vapor Maven are willing to correct this issue with a simple exchange or store credit then I will gladly remove this review and continue being a customer. If not then obviously my business would be better spent elsewhere.

I'll tell you what these people here are really the best. I go to this place a lot and they got to know me and know exactly what I'm looking for normally unless I throw them a curveball and get something different. I'm really impressed and I'm glad I found this place. I think anyone else going there would feel the same way

I always like to call to make sure they have my juice cause they usually don't and Everytime I call this store he says "come in I have customers" like fr! So I drove up there just to see if his ass had customers nope just pure laziness!!!!

I called and spoke to the gentleman about vape options. He took the time to go over options with me. I was having someone pick up vape supplies for me. He made sure I was getting what I needed and explained different options and prices. I would recommend this shop for your needs.
