I shop here pretty regularly and the mixed gentleman with a goatee on mornings is rude as can be. Does not act inviting or social, refuses to respond when spoken to directly just acts like you said nothing at all. He always looks genuinely aggressive, and heaven forbid you pull up while he's smoking. Terrible customar service and relations in a business that probably thrives on regular customers.

Very deceptive sales practices being used. Selling vapes they know don’t have chargers for and then refusing to refund the purchase or even making it right. Filing a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General — Consumer Protection Division on Monday morning. Adam the manager was very rude was told that the vape they sold me can be charged using a usb cable and after opening it found out it requires a battery attachment that they don’t sell then wanted to charge me for a full kit and not refund me for what they just sold me. If a business sells an item knowing that a critical accessory or add-on cannot be obtained (especially if the consumer needs it to use the product as intended) and fails to disclose that, that could potentially constitute a deceptive act under Illinois law.

3 minutes ago I came to this store to buy a vape and the man who is working right now He wouldn't sell me a vape without showing my ID which I have no problem with, but I didn't like the attitude that much, and I have an account with them here and I've bought all my vapes here which seems weird to me and if I go to another store with this name I'm going to get my vape with out trouble or an actitud so I don't know what's going on with this place.

Zero stars! I walked in and the boss was interviewing someone and decided to completely ignore me and when I said hey, I would like a vape he said, give me a minute and I had already been standing there for five minutes! That is absolutely unacceptable and I will never be back!

The Watermelon Runtz 1g THC-A concentrate is BAD!! Burns ur throat, catches fire, taste is awful! Not sure where they get them from but they are very bad. Cannot even smoke it. There must be contaminates left in it. I've had good THCA concentrate from smoke shops, but this one was terrible.
