Usually never had a problem here, but today I did. So I use the lost mary near full view disposable pod vape. Went there today to buy a replacement pod. Noticed something was off with the pod...not the usual color (was clear) had nicotine warning on the pod which original didn't, logo wasn't the same, plus it leaks. Googled everywhere and nothing shows lost mary making clear pods. I assume these pods were aftermarket pods, posing as the original. But was charged the full price as a lost mary product. Tisk tisk. I go there frequently, but probably won't any longer knowing this information. I got burned. See pictures as proof...original on bottom, one I bought on the top...

This used to be a favorite place to go, but not anymore, the new staff is rude and lazy, they smoke in shop and don't want to help the customers. The two ladies seem to think it's ok to leave their opened container of dabs, rig and torch out in the open for the customers to see, couldn't help the customers because of being stuck on rearranging the store. Will not be returning and finding a new establishment, until the workers are handled correctly more people will be doing the same thing.

I used to have nothing but good things to say about this one, but not anymore, staff members are very attitude heavy. Tall white, and a lady that always wears black are always on their phone and gets mad when they’re interrupted. The short lady is the best, and the guy with the beard.

I drove all the way here at 6 PM because this place is supposed to close at midnight every night. I arrived to find the open sign flashing, all of the lights on inside, and the door locked. I completely wasted a trip coming all the way across town when nobody will open the door. Please believe this is the last time I will be back here.

Got my wife set up with a vape here. Pleased with the selection and service. Clerk explained everything clearly.
