I had a bad experience at the shop. I was purchasing a vape cart and when I opened it , all was leaked out through the mouth piece. I immediately went back with the receipt and the girl that sold me the cart said that there was nothing that can be done. She stated to try before you leave the store. Now we all know this puts us at risk of open carry. You will be arrested if you have an open vape in the car. They must not care if they ask you to do this. There are many shops that treat customers better. I am 53 and I have no reason to LIE to them! I'm not a kid!

I just purchased 2 of these vapes and went home to use them. Both are fully charged and they reached puffed maybe 2 times then completely stopped working. Battery is still at 90+%. I went back and the same girl who sold them to me said there was nothing she could do. She sold them to me and said there was nothing she could do. I could PURCHASE another vape and maybe get a little bit of a discount. This is absolutely horrible customer service and company policy. She could have let me know what the return policy was or ask me to try them there before leaving the store. $30 wasted. There was no rectification on her part for the customer. Definitely will not be going back and will let everyone know not to shop at this local store, as I work with people everyday and speak highly about local establishment. Gas stations treat ppl better with purchase of vapes and that’s not even what they specialize in. I will be contacting higher up as well.

It was fine in the middle of the night when I needed cones but after finding them almost half the price at another shop, I stopped going there. No complaints, just the item I bought was not a good value there. I had excellent customer service though and it was a nice brightly lit store with a decent selection.

went in on Sunday night and bought a posh disposable! Usually they work pretty good.. well this one didn’t. The employee “Chris” was very rude and didn’t take into consideration anything. He wasn’t pleasant at ALL. Horrible customer service. All I’m saying is I’ve been a regular customer for you guys and I didn’t deserve how I was talked to. It was very rude and not handled AT ALL professional. Needless to say.. I asked for Jackie’s schedule, I will only be going if she’s there.. she always takes good care of me! 🤪
