Absolutely top-tier experience from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was classy, relaxed, and welcoming — the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The cigar selection was impressive, with something for every level of smoker, and Kristen, the girl running the shop that night, was incredibly knowledgeable without being pushy. The lounge itself was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe with great surround sound, manny televisions, comfortable seating, and excellent ventilation. You can tell this place takes pride in creating a true cigar culture experience, not just selling cigars. Whether you’re a seasoned aficionado or just getting into cigars, this lounge makes you feel right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends.

Professional Smoke is the best cigar lounge in the area. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is great. I enjoyed my experience such that I purchased a membership. See Jesse for details.

The strangest thing ever got me into the lounge for the very first time. Yesterday I sat next to a young man when I was in line for prescriptions at CVS. He chatted me up and mentioned the lounge he operates. In CVS of all places! We decided to stop in on a whim and had an amazing experience with Tyler. The best kept secret in bargersville. We will be back!

We had an amazing time at this location! Tyler took great care of us, serving fantastic cocktails and lighting our cigars. His knowledge and attention to detail really made the experience special. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back!
