Shop seems to have changed hands and its been a rough change. The atmosphere of the store doesnt feel as upbeat as it used to and now when I buy products ive been getting more defective ones where I would rather take my business elsewhere. I've had several cartridges fail within the same day of purchase on low power. Its become irritating to use any products this location sells and the new owner just doesn't have the spark the old owner had.

Love the selection but I went on a Sunday when they were supposed to be open and the doors are locked and no one is answering the phones . There’s also a beautiful cat at the door scratching like it wants me to let it out of there… I drive 20 minutes to go to this shop specifically because I really liked it but after waiting there for 30 minutes and almost 2 hours after both Google and their sign say that they open the phone still gets no answer and nothing but a lonely cat is in the store… unfortunately I’ll have to think hard about trying them again after wasting my time and gas. Truly a shame .

I’ve been to a few shops around Indy, but haven’t found one that tops this. The store is clean, well-organized, and has an amazing selection of products. What really made the visit stand out was Moe. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to explain different products, answer all my questions, and even recommended a few items based on what I was looking for. You can tell he really cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. If you’re looking for great products, fair prices, and good customer service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back. Ask for Moe if you visit !

Al helped me pick out a great vape since they have not yet gotten the pods to the new Mr.fogs and it’s actually supper good and he was super sweet and patient with us! The shop it’s always cleaned and well organized and no matter who is working they are always friendly!

Not getting any of my money anymore. Had my man go get me a vape. A flavor i ALWAYS get. After i opened it and tried it, it tasted like moldy tea. Absolutely disgusting. So I had him take it back up there to see if we could switch it out or at least get a refund, since that has been a flavor i have been getting for a long time i KNOW what it tastes like and that one was NOT it. My man ends up having to buy another one, spends almost $70 at this point for just one vape😒. The second one he got was fine at first (they also had a very small variety of flavors of a very popular brand) and not even a day later it’s already not hitting and it’s full. :| Idk if they just sold ones that have been sitting there for forever or what but i think they should have been more understanding and offered to switch it out since they want to sell 💩 product. Not a good look 👍
