This place is great and the staff is always so great one lady held my hand and cried when I told her about my dad passing away the ladies there all knew him and nicknamed him Chattanooga because he always went there and bought his Chattanooga pouch chewing tobacco i love going there and the lady Arley Mills was extremely nice and helpful I switched from buying packs of cigarettes to rolling them and had no idea what all to purchase and she helped me with everything and even asked if I was able to roll them or if she needed to help me or teach me how to do it thank you Arley for all your help

Would've been higher but the experience is had today left me feeling as though I won't shop there again. Was told to leave the shop for being on my phone. Never said a word to the customers or counter person just walked in got in line and was told to leave. Came back later and she was still rude. Won't go back again sucks too because I liked the younger cashier she was a respectful person. I dont think this older cashier has had an unhappy customer because when she doesn't do her duty and they get annoyed she just kicks them out.

Amazing care. Decided we didn’t need anything. As we were walking to the car, he ran out with two delta rolls just as a gift. He even knew we weren’t local. Very kind.

Store is easy to navigate, staff is very friendly, and they know their product pretty well. I was shopping for My partner and I didn't know exactly what to get. The staff was very helpful in helping me pick out the right item for him. The prices are really good and I hope to continue to go there to get what I need in terms of tobacco products and vaping items at accessories.

The workers are Usually friendly. Others who are often there are not friendly nor are they honest. Its not legal to discriminate when hiring employees!
