My wife just purchased a RAZ vape from here and accidentally purchased a disposable and not a juice version as she was confused and didnt completely understand the difference. She asked the owner if they did refunds and they dont. She was walking away and he was very apologetic about the situation even though it wasnt his fault. My wife said she wasnt mad and would just use the disposable. I appreciate the owner for his kindness and empathy he showed when a customer wasn't 100% happy with a purchase. I honestly wish more owners and clerks were more like this guy. We will continue to shop here.

Sold me expired vape juice at almost $10 more than I pay for it anywhere else. Same brand, nic level, and juice I always get. Went to visit family in a different town and stopped here for juice, noticed upon opening when I got home the color was way darker which prompted me to check the date...expired. made me cough and nauseous. Thanks dude. Do not recommend coming here. Over priced and bad quality.

All I can say is wow!! The owners are also the employees, a couple of the friendliest people I’ve ever met in a vape shop. Excellent selection, great prices, and quality everything! The knowledge and hospitality they have is unmatched around here. I will no longer shop other vape shops in the area!
