It was a good place to visit. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the products were reasonably priced. I enjoyed my visit and I planned to go back some other time for all of my smoking, and other, needs

The staff at this store is great. They are very friendly and helpful, and they maintain a good store. There's something for every tobacco lover, including a fantastic humidor with a solid selection of quality cigars at a good price.

Every time I go here I get poor customer service idk if the employee is just a grouch in the morning or what but a hello and have a nice day would be nice but instead the only thing that is said to me at all is do I have ID. Yes I sure do but you really need to teach your employees how to talk to people there's ways to ask and ways not to ask. And the customer should be greeted with a smile hello what could I get for you today. Instead I feel like the employee hates life.

The place has the most rude employees I've ever saw. Place looks dirty and nasty looking. Use to be a good store what happen?
