I absolutely love the place but I went in there last night and got something and, when I got home and checked it myself it was only half of what it was supposed to be, so I'm kind of a little bit upset for what I paid and what I got and what the quality wasn't that good. It looked nice but tasted like som regs.. the guy wouldn't let me see any other options, that was kinda of discouraging. Still over all it's a great place

Not sure what’s going on with this place recently. This was my go to shop 2-3 years ago. I decided to try this place again recently and i’ve went twice when it says open online and then no one was there. Then I went today and they didn’t have any nicotine products. Not sure how a smoke shop runs out of vapes? I get one brand or flavor but everything?? Hoping they get their supply issues figured out.

I met the owner when I was there. Very up front prices. He know how to help me were alot of these places fail.

Great locally owned business! We received 9 inches of snow and the dozen or so chain tobacco/variety shops were closed. The only other place that carried my preferred brand was Stimline, and they were the only one open. Coming through in the clutch!

As a long-time Stimline shopper, I am sad to say that it seems this store is changing for the worst. The current management is failing, and if they don't fix it soon, I expect stimline to close in the next year. Here's the problems: 1. Lack of communication with the staff. The staff has no idea about orders, products, prices, or even store hours. When the store has been out of a product, no one has any answers or power regarding getting that product reordered. 2. Failure to maintain inventory. For some reason, the most popular products are constantly sold out. When the manager does reorder, it's after months of being out of stock, and even then, he only orders a few so they sell out again. For this reason, I can't rely on stimline as my go-to source. 3. Failure to staff the stores. The west side store is basically always closed. If it isn't losing money already, i don't understand how it could possibly stay in business. 4. Price hikes. Obviously, this is going to happen with inflation, but they just more than doubled the price of their THC-A wax. It went from the best deal in town to the worst. 5. Marketing. They do none. They do so much to lose customers, and nothing to bring new ones in. I will still buy from Stimline when the products are on the shelves and the prices are competitive, but that seems rare nowadays.
