Pandora and Braelyn are the dynamic duo who solved all my problems 5 stars for real. Helpful and honest.

They're always kind and courteous towards me. They also have a great selection of cigars in the wood room. They have a huge selection of ecigs. Their hide away boxes are awesome. How can you go wrong with stopping in here first. I highly recommend going to BTOWN Smoke Time!!!

Very cool place and not expensive at all. Just didn't agree with the college students hanging out in the shop like they were not shopping for anything. They were only messing around with the workers there.

The girl who is always working on the weekends is kind and a good employee. She makes great recommendations and helped me find my new favorite vape. I have never had a bad experience at this location, I really recommend coming here! They have a diverse selection of products!!

Most of the workers here are really cool and helpful but they don't always have the papers I'm looking for. Plus I was in a bad mood one day and a worker told me to never come back. He was spending too much time chatting with a customer who's dad was buying her $100 worth of smoke accessories, which I made a comment about that he didn't like. I haven't seen him since so I've still been going. Haven't had any incidents since and I've found everybody else to be helpful besides him. It was a bit rude what I said but it was annoying standing in line for so long and seeing the nature of the transaction taking place in front of me. I don't care if the person in front of me is a regular customer. I am too and deserve just as good of service. I'm glad I haven't had to deal with that employee again and I think he's gone. I did use swear words when talking to him but there is no excuse for having to wait more than 5 minutes with just one customer in front of me and not even get acknowledged when I walk in the store. Plus the delta 8 is overpriced
