Walked in today and the manager was so busy waiting on help to arrive...she was so nice and took the time to help me look at a knife even though she had a lot going on but she smiled and talked with me for a minute, she is an awesome person. On top of all that a older gentleman was in front of me in line and had bought my candy for me just because...it made my day, one kindness after another..

I got a defective torch and it areas of replacing the faulty merchandise she tinkered with it and say it works and it did the same thing when I went home! $20 is not something I throw away but I guess I have to choke it up as a loss. That’s not cool

If there was anywhere else that carried my relatives cigarettes -I’d go somewhere else. Supposed 9AM open but it’s happened to me a few times now where somebody doesn’t show up until 9:15AM. If you open at 9AM — that means show up at 8:30AM to make sure the store is ready for customers. This store has an extremely hard time opening on time and it’s a little ridiculous. Edit: Nobody actually showed up until 9:14AM

This place is huge and great prices clean and friendly . I'm gonna make the extra drive from now on.

My favorite smoke shop everyone is so friendly and welcoming not to mention great prices I walk a hour away to go to this one even though I have one right down the road lol
