Stopped in tonight to pick up a whole new entire mod kit and was pleasantly surprised at the customer service I received!! Unfortunately, I didn’t get the employee’s name, but he went above and beyond to help me out and hook me up!! I’m currently here for work, so to find a place that made me feel at home, I could t ask for anything better!! Prices = Great, product selection = Fantastic! If you’re needing a place to buy anything vape, 420, tobacco/nicotine related, this is the one stop spot!!!

Came in and visited today Sunday , March 22 The store attendant was pleasure to always work with !!! He smiles and laughs and his customers service is top notch !!!!

The salesman behind the counter had a poor attitude and lack of patience, I felt rushed to make a decision on the product that I wanted and he was short when responding to the questions I had about the product. I'm not sure what the rush was about, as I was the only customer in the shop at the time. He was also talking on the phone to what seemed like a friend from the point I walked in until the moment I began to checkout. I'm not sure if I caught him on a bad day or what, but regardless it was poor customer service, and this isn't the first time either. Not to mention the product I purchased malfunctioned within a few days. Some positives about the place is that it was clean and pretty well organized.

Always a pleasure coming in here; staff is hella friendly and are always offering back-up options if something I was looking for is out!! 11/10 will always recommend!!
