One of the best cigars bar experiences of my life. The wait staff was amazing, the food was delicious and the cigars were priced fairly. Highly recommend this place for it's chill atmosphere and great food.

I was disappointed I had to leave a two star because my friends and I come here a lot. I noticed the SERVICE was completely different. First, we sat outside with great vibes. We ordered our food and drinks. Planned on watching the NBA finals. Our waitress accidentally dropped the food. But when that happened it took over 35min for them to bring the rest of the food out. From there it turned out to be a huge disconnect. The manager came out and did comp the charge but wasn’t very apologetic. We just felt it was strange vibes after that. My friend and I decided we probably just won’t be going back. It’s unfortunate because it used to be a spot we wanted to go to in Fishers. They have a lot of work to do to get it back to what it once was. Etiquette needs to be studied.

Great time at the Havana Lounge! The cigar and liquor selection are both exceptional, and the filtration system was so good that the non smokers in the group weren't bothered!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. There were only four of us, and the service was awful. We kept having to get up and go to the bar just to ask where our drinks were because no one ever checked on us. We also waited over 30 minutes for our food, only to be told they only had one order of chicken after we had ordered two. There was no apology, and we were still charged for both until we pointed it out. What really bothered me was that a 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill even though the menu says it’s only for parties of 5 or more. We were a party of four. The server was rude the entire time, and I was shocked to find out she’s the manager. I don’t mind paying for expensive drinks or tipping well when the service is good, but this experience was nowhere close. Sadly, this was enough for me to decide I won’t be back.

A decent cigar lounge. Great selection of food, cigars, and liquor. Waitresses take care of you and you feel like a VIP even if you aren’t in the VIP room. No matter the time of day they take care of you at Havana
