I’ve been coming here for years and I know everyone that works here I’m in this store at least once or twice a week and I spend $50-150 when I come today I came in and the young lady that just started I’ve seen her there for about few months today I came in to do some shopping and she see me all the time and just because I didn’t have my ID she told me to leave I won’t be back it’s over priced but I liked the vibes when you have people that’s comes on the regular you should not give the a hard time. It seems like she doesn’t like the job but needs the work so she stays. Idk but that’s crazy

A absolute pleasurable time every time. I mean WOW! The staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic about every single one of their products. There is a young woman Amira who has helped me about 4 times with her expertise in the Vape Selection you all have. I was SHOCKED when she said she was not a manager. With her expert opinions and suggestions I couldn’t believe it. Will be back!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one felt deserved. The young lady working there was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to help me without rushing me. It really made a difference. I’ll definitely be back because of her.

Customer service is good… until you are not satisfied with your purchase, then it goes out the door. When you are unsatisfied with the product you bought, this is when customer service matters the most. I came in the NEXT morning after my purchase, letting them know I wasn’t satisfied with my flavor of vape and that it had a burnt aftertaste to me. He tasted it and said “ it’s fine to me” … The problem is , it’s not his vape to be satisfied with, ITS MINE. And if it taste burnt & disgusting to me there was nothing more to discuss. I didn’t even ask for a refund. I just simply wanted to do equal exchange and they refused. I won’t be back. TRUE customer service shows when it’s time to make things right.
