ya know I have always gone to copper canyon for everything I have ever needed. cigars, vape stuff, anything. definitely my favorite in all of fort Wayne. with that being said my last interaction at this store didn't sit well with me. while talking to one of the guys behind the counter, I was interrupted in a very rude tone by a woman stocking instructing me to say please. I was blown away because I barely even finished my request thinking if I needed anything else and "PLEASE.." was yelled across the store like I was a 5 year old being taught manners. then they just kept hiding behind the counter. I'll probably just hit up the other locations from now on. great store but that attitude ain't it.

Cigar selection is decent though it is the least of the 2 other locations. Moving from West Michigan to Fort Wayne, was surprised cigar tax was higher here then Michigan. That being said, even with taxes, prices at Copper are higher then other local cigar shops. They have a relationship with Drew Estate though so they have some of their higher end stuff which I'm guessing has to do with the higher prices. and price difference is not significant even with taxes. We are talking 30% difference for a non- drew estate box of cigars at one of their competitors in downtown Fort Wayne. Same cigar 30% cheaper. I'll go to copper when in a pinch but if you want better prices Rudy's is better. Also went to an event at one of Copper's locations and was nothing special. You got some swag only if you bought a box thats it no discounts either.

Staff is not very helpful or friendly Made me feel like I was inconveniencing them I would not recommend this place to anyone

This is the only place to go for vape juice. They regularly discount older inventory. You can get a bottle of good juice for less than $10. Everyone is friendly and helpful... If you're looking for a good cigar, a pack of papers, or some new fancy $600 device check em out

This store has the cheapest cigarettes in Fort Wayne plus when there is a pink sticker on glass also amazing piece for half the price I won’t go anywhere els plus Taylor is also super helpful if you need help with anything she knows her stuff!!!
