Just went there to get e juice. Been there a several times before. The person working there was not in the store. I thought he was in back after 5 minutes of waiting I started looking around. The person working came in and apologized. I figured I was about to get helped and someone else came in and he helped the other person first. I expressed my frustration and the worker apologized but kept helping out the other person. This store is clean but can use some serious improvement on customer service.

Love this place , love the vibes , worker is a great person , always smiling great attitude. Every time I come When he’s outside , he runs right to my service. I’ve never had any issues. Best smoke shop in town. Always in and out

I was very hopeful for finding a new vape to use, because of the huge inventory. But the gentleman working was no help at all, seemed like we were an inconvenience to him, couldn't understand what he was saying...all around terrible customer care. Will not return.

I would be giving a better review but today ruined that chance for me, I went in just to check out what products were available and was given a very rude attitude from the Indian gentleman that worked tonight when I was only coming to browse. If I just want to come in to browse I will go to the other Indy smoke times from now on, I'll make sure everyone knows to go shop at the other locations instead of this one until things can change.

I have been buying at Indy Smoke Time for many years. First in Indianapolis then at the Fort Wayne store when it opened. They have a huge and varied selection, good prices and are very pleasant and helpful. There is a very good selection of shisha and hookahs along with all the necessary accessories. GREAT STORE and very happy they opened the Fort Wayne location.
