It’s frustrating when people who work in customer service lack the basic skills. I was ignored when I greeted them and then when I asked a question they acted bothered to stop their personal conversation.

Cigarettes were $2 more than anywhere else, and they charged me $2.29 for a Bic lighter, which is about average, except for the fact that it wasn’t even a real Bic. Tried to go in and explain the multiple reasons it wasn’t real and got treated like I was trying to scam them out of 2 little dollars 🙄 Absolutely would not recommend and will not return

Worst experience I ever had. The store associate name Angie at the Coldwater Crossing location in Fort Wayne, Indiana is extremely rude. She will sit there an fight with you over what to purchase. As a customer I already knew what I was coming to grab. I didn't have to stand there an fight with you. As a professional business she is making your company look foolish an downgraded I will never be visiting this Tobacco shop ever again. Get better employees‼️

Wonderful store! Nice and clean, Kristie is such a great employee. They have a great variety of disposable vapes from Breeze Pro, Mr Vapor Flex, Mr Vapor Lux Bar with great prices!
