Horrible experiences nearly every time I go to this place. Most of the employees are completely rude, lazy, and impatient. If you just want to rustle up some change and get a pack of cigars or whatever you like, get ready to have the most unpleasant time as they refuse to do their job as a cashier and treat you like utter garbage. If you are looking for the opposite of that, I suggest you go to hometown smoke shop across the street. All you have to do is ask for what you want and they will stock up on it and never run out. At this specific smoker friendly, this is not so. In fact it is the opposite and they will just straight up tell you that they are out of stock for months and won't even check in the back to see if they actually got more or not. Not Joking when I say that either. There are about 3 to 4 rude women that work there and if they are feeling lazy they will only answer your questions with yes or no answers. Like one time I had a question about a specific cigar behind the counter and instead of looking at the box and answering my simple question the woman behind the counter gave me an angry look and said "I don't know". In that same visit, I wanted to pay with cash and card and I asked if that would be okay and she said "I don't know maybe". After all my visits to this place in the last couple years, it really makes me wonder why some people want to be cashiers if they don't like interacting with customers or doing basic things that cashiers do like counting.

Great prices and selection, clean store and super friendly and helpful staff, especially Suzy. I highly recommend this location.
