The vapes here have been unmatchable they have the best selection and best prices in town. Don go anywhere just stop here and you will get everything you need.

Bought a all in one box set from here and took it home. Unfortunately as soon as I took it out the box it was broken. Brought it back told him and he went a found a replacement piece for the broken part and changed it for me no questions asked. I was in and out less than 5 minutes, will definitely shop there again.

I bought two vapes they’re both burnt and went to talk to the guy about it. He was very disrespectful. Told me that he’s not gonna do nothing about it. I called and asked for my money back and he was still being really disrespectful and then when I ask for my money back, he told me he wasn’t going it so if I were you, I would not go to this vape store. I also asked for the bosses number and the guy got even more disgusting with me.

This happened a couple weeks ago and I am saddened to have to write this negative review. This used to be my go to stop for melotonin vaporizers and coils. But never again... We happen to make a lot of creme brulee in my household. I'm talking 2 or 3 times a day we are each making creme brulee. We were using an old shop torch to caramelize the sugar on our creme brulee but decided since we are adults we should probably class it up a bit and buy a quality torch. From the past success I had with my melatonin vaporizers and coils I got in the past at competitive prices and quality pieces, we decided to see what smoke house had. After talking with the employee, he is there very often perhaps he is the proprietor of said establishment, we settled on a 30 dollar torch. All seemed well! I was more excited than a child the night before Christmas! It took everything in me to not speed home to make that sweet savory creme brulee. But I took my time and and safely made it home. Later that evening my special lady friend and I decided that some creme brulee would really set the mood. 🤌 Thank God the weather was fair, not brutally hot as it had been. We decided to enjoy the break in the heat and enjoy caramelizing the sugar on our creme brulee on the porch. I was able to get my creme brulee caramelized and was in the process of helping my special lady friend get hers caramelized and the whole torch engulfed in flames, nearly catching both of us and our home on fire! I threw the torch on the ground and was able to kick it in the yard where it fizzled out. After the initial shock of almost burning the house down, we were able to relax and were confident smoke house would make this right! We returned the torch a few days later and were met with immediate aggression. He proudly told me all sales were final and there was nothing that could be done. I left the torch there because this man is selling trash. We were able to get another torch of much higher quality and with much better results from a different shop. Caution! This business sells junk which could kill you! Don't be a creme brulee statistic this year. Jah bless and stay safe out there.

Absolutely ridiculous that they will not do an exchange with a receipt on 2 vape oils that I just bought yesterday and never opened. Only reason I needed an exchange was because it said FREEZE in small writing under Juicehead brand name and its behind the counter where i can barely see the names at all. They lost my business! Writing this review to hopefully help others to either watch what you buy there or go elsewhere with better customer service!
