Came in to browse for my birthday, And the guy helping me, Tom, was amazing. I always have an awesome time when I visit. Ended up walking out with a couple things for myself! Spent $105 instead of just browsing lol

I use to love spending my money here. Third time I go in and walked out without buying anything. That colored kid with beanie on his head. He gave me nothing but attitude and sighs like my money wasn't good enough. Sorry if I was interrupting your vape session inside of store. I use to love go in when he wasn't around. The other staff was much nicer. I wont tolerate disrespect from a young kid. I'm just going to order my stuff from the internet. What a shame.....😡

Now that they've fired the sweet lady thay used to be so helpful, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. She was very knowledgeable and always went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. With her gone, this location is gonna be just as bad as their other stores are.

The man who is recently hired is very funny, so friendly, and has phenomenal customer service. I would suggest everyone I know to go to this vape place because the selection here is amazing.
