They will tell you they have the product over the phone then not even have the brand you specifically said at all. Real big waste of time if you ask me

I try to buy local, but it's hard to justify buying cigars here when you can get them at least 30%-50% cheaper online. In addition to the full-price MSRP, they mix their "aromatic" cigars in the same humidor as whole leaf cigars. The lady at the counter was nice and polite, but she looked confused when I asked for a humidifier pack or Boveda, so I got my cigars in a brown paper bag. This town needs a real cigar shop/lounge instead of these head shops.

I love the ladies working there! They all are kind and very helpful to everyone. Nice place with just about everything you would be looking for.
