Today was the first time I've ever gone in there. It was a nice experience, friendly staff, very knowledgeable, & great selection & prices. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible Customer Service!!!! I bought a item over $100 and I was unsatisfied with the product! I returned to the store within 2 hours of purchase and was treated with refusal to consider my concerns & with absolutely no professional courtesy! Was told the product had a warranty and was told to use it, even though I bought it here at low bobs they wouldn't give my $ back! Far as I'm concerned it was tantamount thievery and they are lucky I didn't report them to the B.B.B! DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE TILL THEY FIRE EVERYONE AND REPLACE THEM WITH HONEST WORKERS THAT WILL DO ANYTHING TO RETAIN A PAYING CUSTOMER!!
