Staff is nice but they are terrible with inventory I use one type of juice and they have been out for months now and I’m forced to go to max vapor in a different town to get it. Doesn’t make since how Vincennes max vapor can have great inventory and always have the juice I order but Princeton max vapor cant manage to ever order it. I’ve even asked if they could do special orders and they said they would but still have not ordered the juice. I have an account with them and can see that I buy the same juice every time. Would give a 5 star if they would improve the inventory issues they have.

I have had two experiences with product quality and functionality. Grain/sand like substance in the pod, foggy, awful taste, no benefits that you want when you are smoking tobacco or other. the packaging IS NOT TAMPER PROOF. It is literally in a tube that pops open and ready to use with no real packaging that is tamper proof. I also found out that the actual brand on the tube it comes in is NO WHERE TO BE FOUND online, no reviews, no information and the weirdest on top of that is that the QR codes on their products for validating authenticity just leads to an empty Google Drive. And the directions on the container say to use a BUTTON for power and preheat function but THERE ARE NO BUTTONS ON THIS DEVICE lol. Nice people and overall good experiences but these concern me a bit.

Went there to buy a product and the price was labeled $54.99. I went to the register to check out and the guy said the price was $82.00. I pointed to the group of products all labeled $54.99 and asked which ones are $54.99 he didn’t respond. I asked him why is the $82.00 price not labeled if that is the correct price, he didn’t respond. I asked why don’t you remove the $54.99 price if that isn’t the correct price he didn’t respond. I decided to buy another product labeled $35.00. Got to the register and it was priced correctly. As I left the store I told him he needed to remove the incorrect label from the products labeled incorrectly . I will be visiting the store again to see if the products labeled $54.99 are still available if so why did he try to sell it to me for $82.00 when the label says $54.99. I believe he tried to scam me. Will leave another review when I visit the store again to see if the correct price is listed for the product I want to buy.

Second best vape shop around! If they kept me stocked in Valarian coils and Juicehead Sweet Cream I wouldn't have to go to Vapors Anonymous but unfortunately they never have my coils and this past two weeks they haven't had my juice either. I give them such a high rating because their staff is phenomenal. I'm never even upset every time I have to drive 20 minutes extra to another town to buy what they never have stocked lol a bunch of the nicest people and it's not their fault. Maybe they will have what YOU need and if they don't, you'll thank them anyway XD see you guys on Thursday! Hopefully those coils are in!
